Dhiraj Khot

Dhiraj is founder of August Solutions and is responsible for overall management and delivery. Under his leadership, August has acquired several customers and built a strong team.

Prior to August Solutions, Dhiraj worked with Neilsoft, where he was responsible for acquiring business from Europe. Apart from playing a key role in some multi-million dollar deals, Dhiraj helped Neilsoft to revive its dying Autocad business and set up new business line in PLM Solutions.

Before Neilsoft, Dhiraj worked with Triniti Corporation, where he helped Triniti build Enterprise Solutions for hitech semi-conductor industry. Dhiraj started his career with Geometric writing specialized VC++/Open GL programs.

Dhiraj Khot is a MBA from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT) and BS in Mechanical Engineer from Pune University.

Bhagyashree Soni

Bhagyashree Soni is co-founder of August Solutions and she is responsible for overall Operations and Human Resources. She is an expert of design and usability and also heads our Creative Business- that involves Design and Branding.

Bhagyashree has been the force behind our strong ethical HR organization - that incorporates equal opportunity, trustworthy environment and competitive spirit. Since inception of August Solutions, she has painstakingly ensured smooth operations. Under her directions, August Solutions has been able to create interesting designs and fine branding - more so of smaller enterprises.

Prior to August Solutions, Bhagyashree worked at Christopher Charles Benninger Architects, one of the worlds best Architectural Studio. At CCBA, she worked on design/detailing for several Indian and International projects. During her short six month stint, she worked on the project of Royal Government of Bhutan - a flagship project of CCBA. Bhagyashree is B.Arch from University of Gujarat.
